Directory listings.
Listings are provided by members and published in good faith. We review submissions for basic legitimacy but do not verify, endorse or guarantee any company, individual or claim appearing in our directories. Do your own diligence.
No investment advice.
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. Information about capital, SPVs and tokenisation describes our intended roadmap and is not an offer.
Member offers.
Business in a Box offers are provided by third-party suppliers. Final terms, pricing and delivery are set and fulfilled by each supplier. Discounts shown are illustrative until partner agreements are concluded.
Services.
Company setup, compliance, advisory, banking support and insurance services are provided under separate written engagement terms. Timelines and outcomes described on this site are indicative.
Conduct.
Members are expected to treat each other professionally. We remove listings and revoke membership for misrepresentation, harassment or misuse of the directory for unsolicited bulk contact.
Intellectual property.
Site content and branding belong to the platform. Member-submitted content remains yours; by listing, you grant us permission to display it in our directories and promotional material.
Changes.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to members.
